The Art Of Dining: Louvre Abu Dhabi’s Fouquet’s Brasserie Reveals Iftar Menu

Dedicated to the UAE capital’s discerning diners and art lovers, the Louvre-located restaurant unveils its iftar menu

Iconic Parisian brasserie, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, has revealed its new iftar menu for Ramadan. Tucked within the Louvre Abu Dhabi museum, the restaurant boasts a dining experience enhanced by the surrounding art.

The finest French cuisine is combined with rich Arabic flavours; dry fruits, a seasonal fresh fruit plate, mixed nuts, fresh juices, and laban are served to break the fast. The starters include nourishing lentil soup with crispy onion, pumpkin seeds, and truffle foam, accompanied by gougères.

Guests will also share a variety of mezzeh, such as pine nuts burrata, roasted cauliflower bavaroise, eggplant confit, cucumber salad, Cecina de León, and snails Provencal.

For a taste of traditional Ramadan flavours, the main course invites guests to indulge in a wonderfully tender, slow-cooked lamb paired with Arabic spices, served with ratatouille and oriental rice.

The iftar is brought to a sweet close with pink milk rice, saffron ice cream and dry fruits. With more than 120 years of history around the globe, Fouquet’s remains a top spot for international visitors.

The interiors feature neutral shades with pops of red, Parisian-style chandeliers and classic white tables, exuding glamour reminiscent of the city of light.

Black and white portrait photography of famous celebrities and movie stars decorate the walls, inviting diners to engage in artistic conversation accompanied by memorable cuisine.

From sunset until 9pm, guests are invited to enjoy the iftar menu for Dhs390 per person at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi.
