This season, the city’s much-loved Entre Amigos brunch makes a seamless transition indoors, bringing the vibrant spirit of Spain into a cool, elegant setting that redefines Saturday afternoons.
Tucked inside the Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, TATEL is more than a restaurant—it’s a theatrical homage to Iberian indulgence. And from 2 PM to 6 PM every Saturday, it transforms into a reverie of sound, flavour, and celebration.
Under the creative direction of Head Chef Alejandro Maestro, the brunch remains true to its ethos: a leisurely, laughter-filled gathering around generous plates meant to be shared. It’s a ritual of flavour and connection—Spanish style.
The menu opens with spirited starters: golden-fried Calamar estilo Andaluz, plump Gambas al ajillo, chicken Croquetas, and a citrus-bright Ceviche de Lubina, where sea bass meets mango, sweet potato, and a pop of crispy maizitos. And for purists, the Tabla de embutidos y quesos—a curated board of cured meats and artisan cheeses—is reason enough to arrive hungry.
Main courses are just as indulgent. The creamy Arroz meloso de gambas, served straight from the paella pan, is rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. Meat lovers can opt for the Solomillo de ternera con chimichurri, a tender beef fillet brightened with herby punch and served over velvety mash.
And then come the desserts—family-style and unapologetically decadent. TATEL’s signature Basque cheesecake arrives with a swirl of berry coulis, while the Tarta de chocolate offers a dense, bittersweet finish with just a whisper of sea salt.
But make no mistake—this isn’t your typical brunch. Entre Amigos is as much about ambience as it is about appetite.
The interiors exude an old-world glamour laced with modern attitude: moody lighting, vintage accents, warm woods, and leafy green touches that soften the space.
