3 Drinks To Order At New Dubai Hotspot Ling Ling

At this bustling entertainment venue, the food accompanies the drinks and not the other way around

Situated in Atlantis The Royal, Ling Ling notes inspiration from the izakaya concept made popular in the East where the drinks are the main attraction, and food is the side.

The menu reimagines Japan’s izakaya scene which pairs craft spirits with small plates and balances it with Cantonese and other cultures’ cuisine that uses local ingredients. Ling Ling’s creative menu has infused part of Hakkasan’s Cantonese core into each dish through the ingredients, sauces and techniques.

Cocktails are at the heart of the experience, curated by the award-winning beverage team. Here are three to try during your next visit.

Fragrant Harbour

A flavour-packed and highly visual cocktail, the Fragrant Harbour is a refreshing blend of Yuku infused gin, raspberry, verjus and lavender. Garnished with raspberry pearls; this is one of Ling Ling’s most delectable drinks.

Ubud Tiki
This refreshing and spirit-forward  tiki cocktail is made of aged Havana rum, passionfruit, ginger and cold-pressed lime. Finished with floral touches.

Kozhicode
An ode to Bollywood; exotic and spiced, this bourbon-based libation uses chai-infused sweet vermouth, lemon, pomegranate and egg white to create a unique and moreish tipple.
