Over 141,000 guests were welcomed, unsurprisingly, at Dubai’s Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm since its opening last year. The hotel, a distinctive island oasis gently rising from the iconic Palm Jumeirah encircled by white sands and the azure waters of the Arabian sea, has become known for its design installations, ocean-inspired décor, gastronomic experiences and warm hospitality.
Perpetually reinforcing its array of offerings, the property has seen culinary success through its many dining options – from Indian fine-dining at Varq, where 4,050 leaves of varq (edible gold foil) were used over the course of the year, and a unique gastropub experience at the Roaring Rabbit, to an Arabesque atmosphere at Raia.

The design-oriented resort has also seen guests from all over the world at Palm Kitchen and The Coast, a beachside bistro offering coastal delicacies and spectacular sunsets.
“I look back on the past year with fondness and pride,” enthuses Ranjit Phillipose, Area Director – Middle East and General Manager, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm Dubai. “From the opening date, the team has been dedicated to this property’s success, prioritising guests, and driving the Taj name forward with full force. This island oasis will continue to host guests, ensuring they create memories of a lifetime as they immerse themselves in the spirit of ‘tajness’.”
